Spent a cozy Christmas in a wonderful village nestled in nature. Breakfast in bed was a perfect touch with fresh bread and scrambled eggs. The location was amazing, with an old monastery and beautiful Vltava river nearby. Friendly locals made it solo-traveler friendly.
The language barrier was a bit difficult to navigate, and we missed out on some site-seeing due to not understanding. The accommodations were basic and cabin-like.

We enjoyed our New Year at a nice location away from the city noise. Freshly delivered breakfast in the room was the best start in the morning. The medieval town and beautiful monastery nearby added extra charm to our stay. Plus, it was great to have the Vltava river close by for a stroll.
If you don't speak the local language, it can be a bit challenging to communicate with the staff. Also, the room was very basic, and it lacked some necessary amenities. Therefore, if you are looking for a luxury stay, this might not be the right place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming medieval town. The hotel's location was perfect - close to a stunning monastery, the serene Vltava river, and just a short distance away from the popular Ceski Krumlov. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a highlight with fresh bread, scrambled eggs and tea/coffee delivered to our room. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were impeccable.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
